Shipping Information
We understand the unique needs of sailors and aim to make shipping as seamless as possible — wherever your adventure takes you.

We ship across Europe and internationally using trusted couriers, primarily UPS and DHL. All orders are dispatched from Sweden.

Shipping Costs and Time: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping time is depending on the destination.
Processing Time: We are shipping 2 times per week, so the typical processing time per order is up to 3 workdays.
Shipping Outside of EEA
We ship to the UK,Turkey, Switzerland and Norway under DDP terms, this means:

VAT & Customs: All prices on our website include EU VAT by default. For orders outside the EU, Import VAT (typically 20% or more), customs duties, and courier handling fees will be charged to us by the carrier.
This is why shipping cost outside of EU are slighty higher to compensate for the extra courier handling fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
We stand by the quality and durability of the :HELM. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Need a replacement? Contact us to arrange an exchange for a defective or damaged product.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.​
