Shipping Information

We understand the unique needs of sailors and aim to make shipping as seamless as possible — wherever your adventure takes you.

We ship across Europe and internationally using trusted couriers, primarily UPS. All orders are dispatched from Sweden.

​

Shipping Costs and Time: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Dending on your location shipping typically takes around 2-5 business days

​

Processing Time: Our Reels are custommed build and spooled, each order is typically processed within 3–5 business days.

​

Outside European Economic Area (UK, Norway & Switzerland):
We ship to you under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
 

  • Import VAT, duties, and customs fees are charged separately by the courier upon delivery.

  • We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality and durability of the :HELM. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Need a replacement? Contact us to arrange an exchange for a defective or damaged product.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.​
