Shipping Information

We understand the unique needs of sailors and aim to make shipping as seamless as possible — wherever your adventure takes you.

We ship across Europe and internationally using trusted couriers, primarily UPS. All orders are dispatched from Sweden.

Shipping Costs and Time: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Depending on your location shipping typically takes around 3-5 business days.

Processing Time: Our Reels are custoum built and spooled, each order is typically processed within 5 business days.

Shipping Outside of EEA

We ship to the UK,Turkey, Switzerland and Norway under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, this means:

  • VAT & Customs: All prices on our website include EU VAT by default. For orders outside the EU, this VAT can be removed. However, Import VAT (typically 20% or more), customs duties, and courier handling fees will be charged to you by the carrier upon delivery.

  • How to Remove EU VAT:
    Please select "Manual Payment" at checkout. This creates your order without collecting funds immediately.

  • Order Review: We will manually review your order, if applicable remove the EU VAT, and add any necessary surcharges for export documentation.

  • Payment: Once edited, we will send you a payment request for the updated total.
     

IMPORTANT: We cannot remove VAT or modify the invoice once the order has been shipped. These adjustments must be finalized before the package leaves our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality and durability of the :HELM. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Need a replacement? Contact us to arrange an exchange for a defective or damaged product.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.​
